It was Nov 9th 2008, When ShimoninSeattle wrote me a JWed note. I saw his profile and never thought of it as anything special until the day he wrote me. As you can see Shimon has a beard and on my profile I wrote " I prefer clean shaved men, remember I said I prefer", Shimon wrote me a subject line of "Hairy face, Shaved back" and reminded me about my quote!I grew up in Madison Wisconsin which is the University of Wisconsin location.The firstJWed note thatShimon wrote me hetold me hewent to UW -Madison andwas an alumni. Withouthim sayingthat I wouldhave sent him the "NO THANK YOU" response.We waited till the week of Dec 26th to meet when Shimonhad a trip planned to go toChicago and that is where hespent most of his life.I was at the time visiting my parents in Madison. He metme in Madisonthat motezi Shabbos and we spent 3amazing days together in Madison and Chicago!We planned on him coming to see me a month later in Detroit. That was too long the next Shabbos I was alone and realized that I had to fly out and see him and that is what I did. We got engaged about 3 weeks after our first meeting and we were married on May 12th 2009 in Oak Park, Michigan!Now, we are living in Seattle where his 2 yummy boysare.
